how to create a monthly sales plan

You’ve heard the saying, plan your month before your month plans you, right? If we’re not careful & intentional with where we put our time, then we will be left wondering where did time go?! This is where you monthly plan comes into play! 

A monthly plan is just that - a plan for you month. This plan is going to help your prioritize activities that will help you make sales, bring in an income, & make a profit! When creating your monthly plan, make sure it aligns to your long term goals that way you are staying on track. 

Monthly plans are divided into six sections:

  • Goals

  • Focus

  • Client care

  • Promotions

  • Educational opportunities

  • Follow up & prospects 

Each section will help your prioritize your time & remind you to work with intention! Instead of saying, “Where did time go?!” you’ll be saying, “wow! Look at how I spent my time this month!”

*pro tip: I save my monthly plan to the notes app on my phone & reference it daily before I get started with work tasks to make sure I’m doing the things that actually matter for my business not just the fun fluff stuff!
