Hellooooo 2022! its time to create our vision boards for the year! This is something I started doing last year & love the creative outlet! You can make a physical or digital vision board! I opt for a Digital vision board (I created it on Canva) & set it as my laptop screensaver for the year so I see it every day but you do what makes you thrive!

A vision board helps me set & prioritize my goals, values, & intentions for the upcoming year. They are super fun to make! When I look at my vision board regularly it reminds me of what I want to be, what I want to do, & what I want to have. The thing to note about vision boards is that you can make the process your own & run with it!

So how do you go about creating a vision board?

01. Set your goals & prioritize.

Do a brain dump & get all your big or small goals onto paper! Some goals could be: get healthy & strong, learn how to meditate, take a family vacation to Spain, get a new vacuum cleaner, connect with my friends better, or even you words for the year!

After you do a brain dump & get everything on paper, its time to prioritize! Figure out what your priorities are & circle them! What do you really really want to happen? Make sure those get on your board!

02. Plan out your board!

This is where you start to write your goals & intentions on your board. This will get covered up so it doesn’t have to look super awesome but this part will help you when you begin looking for pictures, symbols, or words to represent your goals!

03. Go hunting for your pictures & words!

If you’re making a physical vision board, dig into your magazines & cut out any words or pictures that represent your goals or intentions! If you’re making a digital vision board, go to Pinterest or unsplash, find pictures that represent your goals & intentions so you can save them to your computer!
