I’m prepping my wardrobe for summer so I wanted to share my must-have items in my minimalist summer capsule wardrobe! these items are timeless staples for your wardrobe that you can easily mix & match, dress up or down, and look cute with minimal effort!

01. high-waisted shorts

I actually bought these shorts in savannah, ga during our New Years trip when the weather was unexpectedly in the high 80s all week! they were cheap so I wasn’t expecting much, but they’ve now become my staple summer shorts! I even ordered them in a second color because I love them so much! they are loose, comfy, and match everything!

02. Midi Skirt 

I can always get behind a classic tee, midi skirt, and sneaker outfit! this skirt is so cute & perfect year round. on super hot days, you could even style it with a tank top!

I always have my go-to classic tees! I usually lean towards having a white tee, a striped tee, and a black tee. they’ll match everything and you can wear them all year long!

I love a classic tank top! they are comfy & easy to layer! these are perfect for the hot humid summer days and pair perfectly with a midi skirt or high-waisted shorts!

05. Dress

I love a solid black dress for summer! I pair mine with sneakers, sunglasses, and a crossbody bag! its a simple outfit that works great for walking to a coffee shop or dinner out with friends!
